I had contacted AON Retirement about my retiree health reimbursement account. It turned out that UPS had somehow lost the fact that my wife and I were married. I'm not sure when or how this happened but I have a sneaky suspicion that UPS changed retirement benefits management companies and in the process they lost the records of who is married and to who. This is effecting my wife's retirement health care account on AON. Please let me know if anyone else has had a problem with this.
