We could do a poll..............Damn its early. I have been sleeping late the last seven weeks on workman's comp for my foot fracture. I'm back on the road this week, vacation next week, then work three more days.

@11.19igrad I mean I would really like to see the guy come back here and talk to me so I could understand the specifics. Like where does he work now. What are his plans. What type of vehicle did the rollaway occur in. And did the car have a sticker inside that read:

"READ OPERATOR'S MANUAL BEFORE USE"

in which you would find

"ENGAGE THE PARKING BRAKE AND TUG AGAINST IN ORDER TO TEST FOR FAILURE BEFORE TRIP"

which would technically give him no argument against not doing that even if he was never given or shown the methods...
