RPCD wage increase 2023-2028 Contract.

What is the bare minimum you will except in RPCD wage increase to vote yes on the contract?

From the propaganda/literature coming out from the teamsters the narrative seems to be full timers are worried about 22.4’s/pvd’s and the part timers are worried about a living wage. Full time wages not keeping up with inflation will probably be the topic for the next contract.

I agree, but I just feel there’s more important issues. PVD’s, subcontracting in feeders. The more of that, that continues to exist, the less jobs going to the people they should go to. Not some clown driving a hatchback delivering packages out of his trunk.
But isn’t a PVD subcontracting like you just mentioned?

Opening proposals March 31st. So they finished in like 2 months and a week or so. Must be nice working for a company that actually respects it's workers 🫤 Thats awesome for them! I hope our Lost Brothers at TForce fair well also.
