The company has shown a recognition coronavirus by instructing drivers not to let anyone touch the DIAD but....

they still send drivers into areas known to have, or be at high risk for, coronavirus so...

It's brutal out here! I got a box cut today. How do they expect to me work under these conditions.

Told today that no customer is allowed to touch the board till further notice.

Any package that needs a signature will be signed by the driver. We're told to sign RTS-C19 and then the type in the customers last name.

Can't wait to see how many runners sign for people that are not home.

I'm assuming it's so if a shipper calls the company can say "the customer refused to sign because of coronavirus."

So you are saying RTS means refused to sign (which is a down right lie). RTS always meant Return to Shipper in my day.

Yes. My center manager even said it means refuse to sign. Same thing managment puts on papers we wont sign for them.
