Don't know. I assume it was a combination of call offs and voluntary layoffs that they love to give to the older folk even when they need them 5 minutes later.

Maybe Ups should supply all employees with wipes and sanitizer to disinfect diads and hands.too much cost ,instead they are doing 3 day rides to bring down over allowed.
