They didn't wrap preload until after commit time.

I miss being in a rural center where 3/4 of the commits on EAMs were 1400.

Too many things to explain. But Louisville is the biggest problem

There is no "normal" anymore. Then the OMS has to find someone to break route to pu. In my last 2 centers, calling 30 minutes later wouldn't make feeders. So a prelim on Tuesday would be required.
