I was seeing if anyone could help me out I’m about to take a road test for UPS in Louisville Kentucky. And was wondering if you stay on after peak season or do you just get laid off. Any help would be appreciate it.

U must of miss it.
Although you will more than likely be let go shortly after the 1st of the year, your work ethic and willingness to help out as needed will go a long way if an opening exists down the road.
Doubt it. Too late in the year for him to make that kind of impact.
if he came back in the summer and was a decent vacation cover? Now we’re talking.
Yea, like management cares.Actually this is the ideal time of year to show what you are made of.

LOL, they only care about themselves.Mine did. They noticed the ones who busted their butts and would get with the senior drivers to see which ones should be retained after Peak.

And how many Feeder jobs does your building have?Mine did. They noticed the ones who busted their butts and would get with the senior drivers to see which ones should be retained after Peak.
Can you share with the class how often you came in early and helped out loading while off the clock? And maybe some of your other efficient methods? Lol.Mine did. They noticed the ones who busted their butts and would get with the senior drivers to see which ones should be retained after Peak.

Wow that many. I would have thought just a couple. Still it could be a long time before a seasonal Feeder driver was offered an off the street Feeder job regardless of how hard he worked during Peak.Fewer than 20.

I have heard Lenexa has 400 Feeder drivers. We have like 75.True.
But in a hub that has 400-500 feeder jobs, he could be back fairly quickly.
No one can really say for sure.
