Secret Service Shoots and Kills Woman

A woman was shot and Killed in D.C. after crashing her car into police .

Some eyewitness accounts state that after the car was in a stopped and in a blocked position the unarmed woman was shot and killed as the Baby was removed from the car. Over-reaction ????

Then at any given moment, any one of us can be seen as threat, subjectively determined, and in a world where the State takes a position of pre-emption, that could become very dangerous for a whole lot of innocent people.
