Sheeting business deliveries after 5 as "closed" instead of "missed"

Kind of like when they deleted the "non-delivery" key for damaged pkgs.

Sheet it as missed, type in "damage" in the remarks column.... just so customers can't see that.

We are told never deliver a damaged pkg. It's not missed....It was processed or whatever the term is and rts'd if possible.

Nope. After 1700 it’s missed. I just make sure I never have a service failure so I don’t have to worry about these shenanigans.

I just sheeted a pkg for a High School missed. That’s what happens when you put a comm stop at the end of my manifest. Not my fault. Dispatch’s fault.
