Dont worry you big fat babies. I have deleted my avatar and bowed to your pressure! Good for you all. You win! I just feel sorry for any employee at UPS that may be struggling with the fact they are gay and dealing with a bunch of homophobic, uptight, cant grasp on to the fact that people are out there and really do exist in the year 2009. I have been targeted and I will accept the judgement of the BC members. This is your website not mine. I will continue to visit. You won the battle just not the war! Congratulations to the winners. And thanks to the members out there that supported my avatar.

No one on here is homophobic....This is a family orientated website.....Member's kids look at the site while their mom/dad browse the site and the last thing these members want their kids to see is a half naked man spread eagle....It's as simple as that

I do not like the avatar in question. But, is it not ironic that there is another poster who has an avatar with a "hot" girl wearing little browns? I didn't hear complaints then.

As long as there is no nudity, I do not have a problem. And NO, I am not gay....not that there is anything rong with it.

This is Cheryl's Web site. Hers and hers alone. If she does not like you for what ever reason, she has the right to keep you off. If she decides that every post you make has to be read by her before it is allowed to appear, its her site. Grow up, deal with it.

Now, as for mr sexy UPS man, first, you are even more of a guest here than everybody else, best I can figure. You are not, nor have you been a UPS employee. Your lust for the UPS man is about the extent of your brown experience.

As such, the majority of your posts have been geared toward your sexual bent.

I dont have a problem with your lifestyle. Its your life, live it as you see fit. As long as your rights dont conflict with mine, we can live in peace and harmony.

Problem is that you and a few others attempt to make every issue a gay one. You are the one that gave yourself the gay identity, not anyone else here. But yet everyone else is homophobic? I disagree. I think you are the one with the phobia.

So deal with life. Its not fair. Start your own website and have at it, that way you can moderate as you see fit.

I think this has opened a can of worms. As mentioned Sexy didn`t have a pic that couldn`t be seen in the underwear section of a catalog or an add in a magazine.Would anyone have been offended if Sexy was a girl? To me it`s no better or worse than the half naked UPS girl or even that thing Danny has in his (I can`t figure out what it is). One can find offense in any avatar. I had "Buddy Jesus" a few years ago. Shouldn`t we look out for the concerned religious group? What about my present one in the light of Travis the killer chimp?

I personally am offended by Tater`s avatar, everybody knows Battlerstar Galactica is better than Star Trek.

That "thing" is a Tardegrade.

Cool creatures. Try your best to kill them, but they just keep coming back over and over again.

Kinda like some UPS men.

The way I look at this situation is the same way we look at calendars at UPS. We don't allow employees to display calendars with questionable material in the workplace or in their vehicles because someone could be offended by the subject matter. If someone is offended by the picture it shouldn't be in BC.

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words... :anxious:

Possible Rule of Thumb, if you need to ask if it's too racy, it probably is.

Aside from the kids, if you view this site at work, what would your boss think if he walked by and saw Highly Suggestive in all his glory??

It did not bother me, not much does.
Several people stated it did.
I did not know or think sexyupsman was gay.
I would guess the reason no one reports being disgusted about sexy ups girl is the pic has been around for years, and it isnt thrust in your face, and men dont mind seeing her. I think men do mind seeing that pic, unless they are gay.
Its dealt with, any more complaints on anyones stuff,(sic) we have to deal with it.
I really have no opinion, Im just trying to keep the village happy.

If we are censoring avatars, you forgot one more.

I don't think Ms.Pacman's avatar has pants on. Reminds me of Rollergirl in Boogie Nights. Brings up bad thoughts :wink2:

WHAT

Basically every other one of sexyupsman's posts had a gay metaphor, saying or subject. And when someone calls him on it, then they get called a homophobe. Re-read his posts, there are quite a few.

I thought the avatar was tasteless, much like many others. The so-called delivery girl avatar at least was associated with DELIVERING PACKAGES. That's why no one called him on it. If it was just a girl in a bikini, I would think it was in poor taste.

Danny had the perfect post and was what I wanted to write all day when I read this thread on my cellphone during lunch. It has nothing to do with sexual nature. I scrolled past the avatar quickly so my wife wouldn't think I was on a gay site. :wink2:

PS - My uncle is gay, my cousin is gay, the route I covered this week is bid by a gay driver. I have no issue at all with this subject. There is no reason your sexual nature needs to be thrown around on a UPS-related site anyways. Just my opinion. No one cares. Your insight as a shipper/receiver would have been fine.

PS2 - I don't think David Ragan is dreamy either :happy2:

I thought this was a place to state opinions??

It is a place to state opinions about many topics. How the moderators handle it and what Cheryl does with her site has no bearing on what we think should be posted or not.
Pick a topic Mnice....

Ill have to admit, Ive never read alot of his posts.
I am trying to stay away from things which dont interest me, or that has no value in discussing.
David Ragan isnt as cute as I originally thought.

I don't really have a problem with sexyupsmans avatar other than the fact that my wife came into the computer room one night and saw his underwear dude and said - ' God now your into gay porn?" . Do you know how long it took me to convince her that I was still into straight porn!:wink2:

I think the avatar was offensive I wouldn't want to see it in a catalog and I defintly do not want to see it on BC when I am reading, It was much more provocative than anything in a catalog and defintly implied something I don't want to think about honestly if you want to look at pics like that and throw gay metaphors around then fine but don't make all of us look at it and hear it also, I have thought the pic was offensive since it was put up but hadn't said anything I am glad it is gone you can call me what you want thats fine.

(By the way your screenname says enough about you as it is, and your obsession with UPS guys does as well I wouldn't want to deliver to you)

So an avatar of a guy peeking over his pink sunglasses implies what?

The 80's

( I knew someone would comment on that by the way I am in no way gay but if you guys are offended by my avatar I will change it.)
