Single Vacation Days

I plan on dividing my Option Week into single vacation days, and I have a question:
Can I use 2 of them on Dec 29th and 30th? Technically, it is still this year--However, I believe it would be possible to take the whole week as vacation, since it ends on Jan 3rd...

We can't use ours till jan 1 2009. Talked to the union hall and the said jan 1-jan1.You can use them in 1-2 or 3 day blocks.

Here, we are only restricted from DEC1 to DEC25. We have 2 drivers that are not working a total of 3 days. 1 on DEC 26 and 1 on DEC29/30.
We have 4 drivers out the last week of NOV.

Single days are new to our center next year. Should be quite the fiasco.
