Hello, I have been with UPS for almost a year now and am going to start sorting smalls when our main guy goes on vacation. I have not been formally trained yet but have seen it done. Is it easy? I work in a small center with about 30 drivers and 10 of us on the local sort. Was just wondering if anyone can give me some tips to use when I start sorting. Thanks!
