Splitting my core route in 2

so on very heavy days they are splitting my core sections between my route and a junk route. On top of this they are giving me other work off of other drivers. Contractually I should be able to follow the majority of my work correct? If so what article is it under. Atlantic supplement if needed.

Down here, you run 60% of your bid area. Some center manager's have gotten slick and very vaguely described routes at bid time. It is up to you to make sure they describe them correctly. They can never be trusted to do what's right. Ever.

I took a quick look at didn't see anything in the Atlantic supp other than 50% permanent changes.
