Again, name one of these lawsuits that had a hearing where evidence was introduced and considered?

I already posted some:

Bowyer et al. vs Ducey et al. Arizona. Ruling: Fraud allegations vague, implausible. Evidence unreliable or irrelevant.

Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar et al. Pennsylvania. Ruling: "This Court has been presented with strained
legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations unsupported by evidence."

Donald J Trump for President vs Hobbs. Arizona. Trump's own lawyers admitted affidavits submitted were spam. Under questioning none of the witnesses indicated they had a basis to believe their vote was improperly counted. Case dismissed.

Look at the cases for yourself. I don't know where this silly notion of "The courts refused to hear anything!!!!" came from, right-wing ideologues shouting into a microphone, no doubt; but again - all of these cases are a matter of public record. See them for yourselves.

Big difference between Democrats taken by surprise in 2016 and their colluding to make sure Trump couldn't win in 2020.

Democrats have no such power. America saw four years of Trump and said "No thanks," simple as that.

Exactly what kind of "trial" are you expecting? You realize lawsuits like these don't have a 9 man jury, right? Two sides go before a panel of judges and present their case. Evidence is put forward. Your side's claims were rejected. The courts didn't punt. They upheld the law of the land - simple as that.

You realize that some of the very election rules you're crying about were enacted in states in which Trump won, right? Yet I don't hear you crying about those. In terms of political impotence you should look to your own party - they're the ones that lost the House, the Senate and the Whitehouse.


Don't speak to me of facts. You have none. Your response to the rulings of the judiciary is "shadowy cabal" - the very definition of an unhinged conspiracy theory. You attacked democrats for years for being "unable to accept" Trump's victory, and you were right to do so. But now look at yourself. Doing the very same thing.

I am a Libertarian now but really, I am more of an Old Skool Blue Dog Democrat (not Blue Dog Coalition of the 1990's - now).
I think I switched over to Libertarian in the early 1980's ... it is the closest political party/movement to the Blue Dog Democrats pre-1990.
I have never identified with Republicans due to their disregard for individual freedom related to social issues.
