What about the overtime everybody crying about
Nobody should be expected to sacrifice every Saturday and Sunday for a job unless they choose to enter that job and work schedule.

I could see some kind of rotation being introduced.

Ex: High seniority being Mon-Thursday with rotating fri-sat/sun? Low seniority being Tu-Fr with rotating Sat-Sun?

High seniority would still be mostly mon-fri with the least weekend work, low would get the most weekend work
