As long as they're not working for each other, I don't see the problem.

The only time nepotism would be a problem at UPS, is if it interfered with management.

For example, management is fine with the deliverance brothers and their four cousins running scams, and intimidating teamsters... But, eventually the deliverance gang introduces management to banjo music, and the bosses later find they can no longer ride their office chairs comfortably. That's about the only time it turns into the day the music died.
