If your even considering this you are insane. 20 years ago maybe it would be worth considering going over to management but not now.

The sups now make less than we do even without OT and they pay for their benefits and retirement

Plus why would you want to deal with all the stupid from breakdown bitch calls to getting your head caved in because OMFG the center doesn't have enough trucks or whatever bull they are bitching about today.

Our sup was supposedly in tears the other night.

If you are anything like me you would get fired on the first OMFG redtags phone call.
