My question is even if she was covered by my wife's insurance (she isn't) how do they get to dictate that's her primary and not teamcare?

Oh yeah and wife just reminded me over a decade of being married they still have my wife under her maiden name.



I am literally the only person that claims go thru without a hitch under.

Sounds to me like they have another insurance on file as the Primary .

Have them purge the records, update, and assign new policy cards with new numbers.
