Teamster Buyout?

Brown Circus

Shh...It’s peak and I’m hunting logic
“UPS did very well because of you” And what did you do? Gave the largest raise in the company’s history to “new hires” only to watch the company close hubs and replace them all with automation. “We extracted 30 billion”…not if there are no new hires and air conditioners that no one asked for!

Watched it. He gave zero information. Maybe he doesn't have any information to give. But still didn't tell us anything.

And I still don't see why a driver that was already considering early retirement wouldn't take a few thousand from UPS to push him over the edge.
The devil is in the details.

Unfortunately, employees leaving earlier puts more of a strain on an already troubled pension system. Pensions in trouble need more contributions, less withdrawals. Even a few years can make a difference.

Since the rescue plan was an active, I don’t believe any plans are currently in trouble. I suppose I could change it any anytime though as it has before.

I wonder when the people working around the CEO will see the writing on the wall. Look what she did to Home Depot. A CEO who gives away large bulk volume then worries about the stock price, then tries to unload employees to keep her mega salary growing.

I'm for more retirement security and benefits over a "Show me the money" contract again. Sure we make a killing on profits, are yield is good, but other companies don't pay dividends and are doing quite well.

Maybe we can get a CEO who actually worked for UPS.
Bring back Dave Abney?
