What court would have jurisdiction over a VOLUNTARY buyout?
Lol, upstate is still as dumb as he's always been. A CBA is a legally binding contract and can easily be taken to court for violating it. Hence contract attorneys. Also direct bargaining (union bypassing) is a violation of our agreement. Voluntarily accepted or not its still illegal to offer with out bargaining with the union. So not only Article 6 NMA but Artiles 1,2 and 3 of the NMA.

Stick with H&R block big guy. You have no idea what your'e talking about as always.
Our pension fund is a phone call away.
Oh? And how many pensions are there in the country that UPS is in? Please tell us all knowing Upstate. Please also let us know all the requirements for those pensions and retiree Healthcare.

As always, you're a tool that doesn’t know any contractual (legally binding CBA) language and just know company propaganda. Lol

Retired 2020. Not my Problem Anymore!
The truest statement I heard before retiring was that I would think I was the first person to ever retire from UPS going through the process. I started the process as soon as they would let me and when I retired I had been told so many different things that I really didn’t know who was telling me the truth on some issues. I got to the point where I knew how much money I was going to get and the rest I would find out soon enough. It all worked out but it was stressful at times.
