Some UPS hourly employees aren't noted for being the sharpest knives in the drawer. We had a driver quit 2 weeks before he would have qualified for a 10 year pension to go sell bathtub liners. That job only lasted him a couple months.

20k isn’t even two months wages not to mention your benefits. Through in your early retirement age penalty (depending on where you are).
