How would a VOLUNTARY resignation “conflict with the terms of this agreement”?
Because part of contract law covers any pay, benefit, or terms of employment that have to be negotiated on. Unilaterally making a move like this is violating our collective bargaining agreement. Of course we’re waiting to see if UPS decides to test that. Why do you think that in over 100 years this is just now being a possibility?
