Teamster Buyout?

It’s clear by your reply that it’s a cost of doing business. You have a problem understanding what integrity is. So I guess it’s not shocking that you might not have seen it if you’re not aware of what it actually is.
I am fully aware of what integrity means and is.

I am also telling you that UPS has decided that paying on these grievances is simply part of the costs of doing business.

I can help you understand the cost of doing business as opposed to having no integrity when you make an agreement

The cost of doing business would be for a short time while you’re attempting to hire new driver’s management has to work and you have to pay these grievances that could be understandable.

But if you’ve gone multiple years, without replacing drivers you’re having your own management quit and you know your multiple drivers short and you purposely and willfully go out of your way to not staff the operation correctly that is violating the spirit of the agreement, and is in fact an integrity issue.
Do your 30 and retire. No one here is going to change their (UPS) mind.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Willful negligence. Complete disregard for workers. The goal is to reduce the workforce by any means possible, over work, buyout, dishonest practices like petty discipline, targeting individuals that dare to follow the contract. A general atmosphere of distrust and hostility.

Normally the retiree would transition directly to a retiree healthcare plan without lapse in coverage; however, depending upon their individual situation, those who take this buyout with the intent to retire may be faced with a potential gap in coverage between their separation date and their retirement date. This is why it is crucial to start the retirement process immediately after going to the website on the letter to accept the buyout. I was under the impression that part of this buyout was coverage through the end of the year which is why I was hoping someone would post a full (redacted) copy of the letter.

Anyone who does not meet their pension fund's minimum requirements for a full pension and still chooses to accept this buyout would be on their own to find coverage, whether through their spouse or new employer.
No one cares Dave.
You should have been thrown out of the Union for violating the contract by working off the clock.

You are waging a Quixotic battle. Not worth it.

I am living a very comfortable retirement due primarily to my pension.
It’s not idealistic at all asking the company to have integrity just like they do us.

And yes, your pension is giving you a comfortable lifestyle despite the fact that your anti-Union and anti-worker.

You would just be a bum in a box on a street corner without us

You’re very welcome, even though apparently you gave nothing back of value.

…and taking my lunch break at NACS so that I could watch my daughter play softball or DRing a 7 piece Gateway shipment in the backdoor of a house in Burke or using the mailbox on extra long driveways…
Well, you only had to do those things because you created such a mess of your route by working off the clock. So you had to lie, cheat, and steal just to get your route done on a daily basis. Kind of the point of not doing those things.

You have no idea what you are talking about.
I absolutely do. I deal knucklehead like you every day.

Why are they giving me so many stops?

Because you’re getting done by 4:30

Why won’t they fix the Pre Load

Because you’re dumbasses in here loading your own truck every morning.

They don’t give me enough time to take my lunch

Because you skip it every day.

Etc., etc.

Why did I get fired for doing something dishonest like sheating EAMs in the building? Don’t they know I’m a great driver.

No, they don’t care because you’re a dishonest liar,

Shockingly I’ve never had any of these problems for very long. They get fixed pretty quickly when they know you won’t do these things.

If they know you’re a chump and will work for free for them. They will use you like a cheap whore. Can’t blame him that’s smart business.
