Anything in there about UPS continuing to cover any shortcomings from Central States? Something tells me they'll do anything to keep that clause in.

I got 6 hours today and one of those was overtime at $22, what wage would I be earning by driving again? $22?
So you make around 14.5 an hour the hybrid starts at 15$ with a progression to 30 if im correct. look at it this was you work 30 hours a week and make 472$ with your 1 hour of 22$ the 22.4 job will bring you to 600 a week

Hybrid driver's are GREAT, hopefully this passes part timer's can finally get some more hours and fulltimers can stop crying about too many hours
How does 3 hours in the hub, 1 1/2 hour unpaid lunch, then 9 on the road strike you?
6:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

For $84 less per day than than a regular driver.
That's $21,840 less per year than the guy next to you for the same hours.
That's $109,200 less over the 5 year contract.
Except you work weekends and more holidays...for straight time.
Yep, Hybrid would be GREAT!

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge

Yeah dude, and hybrid management (like you) would be even better and it would shed some more worthless dead weight.

Management needs to take one for the team too. Pay them 70% less and if they quit we wont miss any intelligence in dispatch.

Which would be terrible. Also heard the union proposal was $1 per year. Which should have been the min acceptable amount. So they should have started higher.
It seems hybrid is locked in, next thing im curious about is what are they going to do about bringing hours down for drivers and what they are going to do about making sure off the street pters arent making the same as someone with years already worked.
