25% of the drivers is all that’s needed to staff Saturday and maybe Sunday operations?

We only use about %20 now... And who is to say the language allowing for additional staffing above %25 wont take precidence over the language that states that no rpcd will work saturdays.

“Extra work” doesn’t really mean much. 22.4s still get first shot at it on their scheduled weekend work days when RPCDs are off.

Who do you think gets to cover the 22.4 vacation, FHP and option days on Saturday and Sunday? That’s right RPCD’s.
