Texas Full Time Promotions

Any one on here from Texas (Metro Dallas) heard anything about when management promotions might kick back in? I have heard of a corporate wide freeze, just wandering if anyone had heard of when things may free up.

You won't see a real change until our volume starts up. Look for more region/district consolidations in July.
