Why RINO when you can be independent/unaffiliated if you're insufficiently loyal to Trump or future MAGA?

most rino's i have seen are fine with either being a mod dem or a left repub as long as they can get someone to give them a paycheck. scarboro and nicole wallace are two fine examples
