I’m guessing they told her they’d get her stuff for her and she didn’t want to hear that. What place of employment lets fired employees into the workspace after firing them to possibly cause trouble or do damage?

There's a lot of video though of them throwing her around. She may have totally deserved to be fired, but all I hear her say is she wants her stuff and they're laying hands on her. Just escort her to her possessions then escort her out. I'm not saying this to take her side. In today's environment that part where white mgr throws her to the floor would likely get her a sizeable settlement.
