I’m going to trust you to be honest on this one.

Congressional hard right members were willing to have a government shutdown even though the Biden administration was willing to give everything at the border. The one thing the MTG’s and Gaetz and the rest of the MAGA couldn’t stomach was continued funding for Ukraine.

So first, where is the “give and take” from that side? What makes them think they should get everything they want like spoiled little children? Second, who is it that’s been willing to cede Ukraine to Putin? Third, why are these republicans so beholden to Putin? Where are they getting their marching orders?

The Biden administration is interested in being able to process in as many as possible as fast as possible. In no way are they "willing to give everything at the border." This administration has fought every effort by Texas and Arizona to block illegals from entering. They've sat there repeatedly in Congressional hearings saying the border is secure which is possibly the most laughable lie ever told in Washington.

Give and take? Want to guess how many times Dems used the Senate filibuster to thwart Republican bills during Trump's term?

And they have to have situations that they require asylum from. Not use loopholes in our system to come here and be allowed entrance until such time they can have a hearing years later while putting burdens on our state and local governments to support them.
