Might as well drink gasoline if you drink Gatorade or Powerade.
That stuff has so much sodium in it.
Makes you retain water and feel bloated.
Also makes you thirsty.
It honestly depends on how much you sweat and how active you are. I can understand not drinking it up North in the winter time whenever it's cold and you're not sweating as much. But down here in the tropical weather you have to find the most efficient way to replenish your electrolytes as well as sodium. Gatorade knocks both of them out. You're not supposed to chug it or drink it like water. You take sips throughout your activity to keep you hydrated. If it was good enough for a football team to create it then it's good enough for me while I sling cardboard.
Gators haven’t been a football team since the old ball coach left
Disagree.Because it is pointless and a waste of money
Disagree with this comment.Get a desk job if you want AC.
I believe in some instances it may apply but I believe you are painting with too broad a brush here.I think part of the issue is many more drivers are so out shape these days they can’t really do the job. More like pretend ups drivers

I don’t. I pay 2300 for a mortgage.How do you pay $4000 a month for rent?
Hell, I spent 3 hours mowing the yard just after lunch because it was a cool 95 degrees.
Obese, or out of shape? You can be obese and in good shape, or be thin, or muscular and in horrible shape. Obesity is BMI related, I had thought.I can tell you I haven't yet seen an obese driver.
I pay 2300 for a mortgage on a house I bought in 2008. The house has tripled in value since then. Capitalism. How do you pay $4000 a month for rent?
yeah you can keep your three thousand dollar Studio rentOmitting all the obvious reasons why living in San Francisco sucks. Man this 68 degree weather while the rest of the country is experiencing hellfire heat is pretty awesome. Just let me have this one guys
