I’m curious what is the process for management to give a write up to a loader for speed, load quality, unsafe conduct(like walking on the bottom or main belt while it is running) or for anything in general and how long does it take, do they have to send the paperwork off to the union hall or what exactly? On topic.

You get a copy of the warning letter and so does the union hall.

Have you been a bad boy who doesn’t know his Contractual rights again?

Got written up last month after I called off 6 days in a row.
They escorted me into the office and said they were writing me up. The union guy was there, I guess, I have no idea who he is so I'm assuming it was a union guy. Along with the PT sup and center manager. They read the letter outloud then did a little debriefing like "well you gotta be here we all agreed you're out of days"
IDK who "we all" means. I'm guessing a collaboration of management and union.

Grieve the letter they give you, then start throwing the :censored2: back in their face. Work safer, don't walk on the belts. Shut down the belt any time egress becomes an issue. You know the deal.
