You obviously don't keep up with the news. The Manhattan DA told Politico that there will be no charges against Trump personally. The only charges they could come up with are against the Trump organization and its CFO for failure to report perks like cars and apartments as income.
Don't know why you're laughing at my post. This was widely reported about a week ago.

Let us know what other big corporations are facing charges of fraud for not paying taxes for 15+ years.
