Since Reagan and no bills get passed without the signature of the President. You sign it, you own it.
You do realize the compromises that go into getting those bills signed? And there are other things to consider also. In spite of drawing down the U.S. Army to pre WWII levels while we were fighting two wars, Obama incurred more debt than any other president. Biden has also drawn down the Army to pre WWII levels but has increased the debt in his first three years at almost twice the rate Trump did in his first three years. Most of Trump's debt happened in his 4th year fighting the pandemic.

Presidents inherit good and bad from their predecessors. Ford, Carter, Reagan, Obama and Biden inherited bad and Bush 1, Bush 2 and Trump inherited good Country and World situations.
Bush 2 inherited a sharp recession from Clinton. Trump inherited stagflation from Obama as well as Putin in Crimea and the resurgence of Iran. What we get constantly from Democrats is revisionist history.

Six month recession after Bush was seated and Obama's last three were as good if not better than Trumps first three. IMO
Recession early in Bush term was inherited from Clinton. Obama's last three years in no way were as good as Trump's first three. If so Clinton would've won. Everybody said with Clinton we would get more of the same. That and her sparkling personality killed her chances.

The pandemic undid everything. But good to know you think his first three years were great. Most Dems won't give him credit for anything over his four years.
The man has skyscrapers all over the world, golf courses, a huge home, a full size private jet yet somehow he never did anything right.
Trump had high unemployment? Nope. High inflation? Started under Biden. Slow economy? Must be talking about Obama. Obama had "shovel ready" jobs. Remember? How'd that work out? Obama told businessmen that they didn't build their businesses. That times had changed and they needed to lower expectations. Trump came in and jumpstarted the economy. Lowered taxes. Reduced onerous regulations.
Don't forget that Trump didn't start any wars and he was having success in negotiating peace in the Middle East. Stood up to China. I guess you feel the Democrats are better for investing because they're in bed with Wall Street and the military/industrial complex. That's where the money is at these days.
