Same, but Jesus we need the BA's and Stewards to help encourage the vote! Not 1 Steward in my barn even so much as mentioned the strike authorization vote!

There are 3 types of pkg car drivers:

1) Drivers that want the overtime (for personal reasons)

2) Drivers that manage their personal lives and don't need excessive overtime.

3) Drivers that complain about everything.

Based on the information the IBT received.... the majority don't want excessive overtime.

Pretty much exactly what I saw in the meetings I was at.

#3 seems to be the most common issue IMO.

I don't want the overtime, don't need the overtime. But, I don't bitch about doing it. My checks are nice and chunky. Like I said, 4 1/2 more years.

However, when a few drivers at our center have realized that they quite possibly could make less money, the attitude has shifted quite a bit.

My position on divulging information about myself on the public forum is clear.

Check previous posts.

I will not entertain this topic except to say the following:

I have been involved in the BC community, to a greater or lesser degree at times, since 2009.

I have given hints along the way as to my affiliation with UPS.

Along the way I have also had reasonably agreeable relationships with one or 2 on the BC that I have gotten more personal with in private.

That is all I have to say about this at this time.
So you work in IE, Safety, or for OSHA?
Am I getting warmer?
