It often gets abused. I’ve only used it 4 times.

Thanks to Dennis Taylor you be able to transfer to any buildings that have Saturday ground. Those jobs now go to existing 22.4's first. If no 22.4 wanted to move up to a higher paid M-Sat job with 9.5 protection, then a transfer could happen. My advice, only sign up for rural areas that are M-friend only.
