Transfers allowed in Northernal California supplemental agreement

I fall under the Nothernal California supplemental agreement, and I see no language in the contract about transfers? Anyone know if they are allowed? Looking to transfer within Western region if that helps. If they are not allowed, can someone point me I the direction as to where that language is in the contract. Thank you!

I think that is in the Western Supplement language. Have heard this happen in that area.

there is language for transfers in norcal but i don't have the contract handy. are you looking at following a job or a hardship transfer?
