Ok, so get this. TSP was supposed to be about the company designing its plans around the drivers' needs. They asked us to fill out forms to tell them how many hours we wanted to work a day. Everyone who turned one in said they wanted 8 hrs. The company said no. That's funny right there. Then everyone said, ok, 8.5. The company said ok, and started giving everyone even more hours than they were getting before. Isn't that hilarious?
