Because of results. Union workers consistently make more than their non union counterparts. Then why do you think the same solutions will work?
There is no point in responding to "it will be fine" he always dances around good answers with more stupid questions.Because of results. Union workers consistently make more than their non union counterparts.
What about results as in the decline of union membership?Because of results. Union workers consistently make more than their non union counterparts.
The results of a decline in union membership is the stagnation of wages for the average American, e.g. your Ground wage slaves. What about results as in the decline of union membership?
Which came first? Doesn't matter. Unions are dying. The results of a decline in union membership is the stagnation of wages for the average American, e.g. your Ground wage slaves.

It's time to go Union, start calling and emailing teamsters. Are you tired of the unnecessary B.S. Unobtainable goals, middle management cluelessness. It's time to pay back management for making our jobs harder than it already is. I feel like going Union would be a good way to thank upper management for making our lives miserable.
I was never a fan of unions but at this point someone has to stand up to all the B SIt's time to go Union, start calling and emailing teamsters. Are you tired of the unnecessary B.S. just this little glitch called the Railway Labor Act. Combine that with a workforce which despite the slow pay progression and all the takeaways, still seems to have far too many (my own personal observation) employees with a "yeah I know it sucks but it could be worse and besides, I hate unions" attitude and there's really nothing shocking about it whatsover.Im actually a bit shocked there isnt a union there now, why do you think that is?
The problem is that doesn't just happen. At this point it will require a dramatic shift in the American culture. We live in an every man for himself country. No one is willing to sacrifice their own prosperity for the good of the collective. So we all just do what we can to get by and ignore the bigger picture.I believe with unions that they will start to gain more memberships. Just like everything in this world, everything's makes a come back... Well except disco thank god.
You seem to paint all of America with a very broad brush. The problem is that doesn't just happen. At this point it will require a dramatic shift in the American culture. I'm not sure it will was around when the super secret Union meetings were taking place all over the country. It's a very accurate brush.
That's a huge discredit to the millions of union workers across the country. The fact is there would be no middle class without unions and that's a very big factor as to the decline of the middle class today. It's a very accurate brush.
Isn't that Communism??The problem is that doesn't just happen. At this point it will require a dramatic shift in the American culture. We live in an every man for himself country. No. Communism is extreme socialism with the state owning all property and industry. I was speaking more to our collective selfishness as a barrier to a healthy labor movement. Collectively the middle class would be better off with strong labor. Individually people are less willing to pay dues let alone risk their own job and well being to organize anti-union companies.Isn't that Communism??
Individually speaking your are a collective dumba$$. No kidding, the middle class would be better off working under a union?? You mean to tell me people are scared to lose their jobs by trying to vote in a union?? Oh man what a revalation. The adults are trying to have a discussion here. There are also a lot of older couriers who are close to retirement and just want to keep the status quo. Not all but certainly a lot.just this little glitch called the Railway Labor Act. So the "adults" lob personal insults and contribute nothing to the discussion. Got it, thanks.Individually speaking your are a collective dumba$$.
