ups predatory pricing vs. dhl undercutting

Wasnt ups sued a few years ago for predatory pricing? Why is ups dealing with dhl undercutting our prices by 50%? Isnt this a type of predatory pricing also, especially when another countries post office is funneling money to fund these things.s ups doing anything legally to stop this type of thing???

its only predatory pricing when DHL gains majority market share or even owns a monopoly over it, and lets face it....that'll never happen.
