There are seven "cardinal infractions" in the Western Conference Agreement that allow for immediate termination. Having and using a gun lawfully for self defense isnt one of them. We dont have "other serious offenses" weasel language either, so unless I am missing something the only thing the company could do is write a warning letter. Sounds good to me.
