Vaccine distribution

Inordinately Right
Wife and I had this discussion the other night. She’s in the healthcare field and got her vaccine a few days ago.

We both agree that the elderly should have been first in line not healthcare workers. As I thought more about it though why are we going through groups of people and not doing a regional distribution?

We could do much more to slow the spread of this if we were concentrating these early doses in regional hotspots.
Strange no one is talking about anti body tests.

If healthcare workers have been in contact with infected patients for months, the chances they are already immune is high.

The elderly should get it first, it's really not all that complicated.

Antibodies only show up
In the bloodstream for 3ish months. Although your actual immunity is stored in your T and B cells much longer.

But yeah it would be a better approach than the current one I feel.

China was most likely just as much in the dark as to what was going on.
