I know a driver who was in on a conference call and that call was to tell him he was DQ'd, so there's that. Originally I thought the conference call thing was to people who qualified.

And that's why people put up with it.
But it's also why a pay freeze or cut is simply a no for me.
I'd gladly take a $5-7 an hour pay cut if it meant 8 hour loads every day but they don't know how to manage like that. They can't do it.

Put your raise in your 401k. It'll go much farther that way.
Throwing more money at a broken system is asinine.
Over 26k a year is going into the pension plan and part of my raises. Guess what I'm getting out of it????
