Give them enough rope and they hang themselves. I hope all of you hoping to nail Trump realize the ramifications of this. If Trump wins the presidency he can pardon himself on the Federal cases. This Georgia state case is being counted on to make sure he's "gotten." However if these allegations bear out this case will be thrown out. She has paid the special prosecutor over $600,000 so far and they've been taking luxury vacations together with that money.

Note to Democrats: if you're going to nail Trump for corruption you might want to use honest prosecutors. Of course finding an honest Democrat prosecutor might be a challenge.

Gets better. Her boyfriend, the special prosecutor, is now the highest paid prosecutor in Georgia thanks to her. And although he's a local prosecutor he met with the White House counsel twice for two 8 hour sessions that he billed the Federal government for. Now why is the Biden administration interested in a state prosecution of Biden's chief political rival? Could we be more of a banana republic at this point?

The election of 1876. No one was charged with "fake electors". State and Federal charges should have never been brought against Trump.
Meanwhile, Fanni Willis had her special prosecutor and lover meet with the Whitehouse twice before Georgia charges were filed against Trump.

Also, wouldn't all this fake electors b.s. fall under the Congressional charges of "inciting an insurrection" where the Senate acquitted Trump?
The Constitution gives Congress ultimate authority over Federal elections.

I heard a legal pundit ( former federal prosecutor ) from the Heritage Foundation state that it should fall under double jeopardy. That the Senate impeachment hearing is actually a trial and you cannot be tried twice for the same crime once acquitted. It will wind up at the Supreme Court's doorstep and most likely be thrown out after spending all our tax money that could have gone to Ukraine.
