He was bashing everybody else who for one reason or another often reasons beyond their control are receiving benefits or assistance in one form or another while offering to evidence to show that he is well enough off to never find himself in a position where he will have to seek similar assistance.

It was an attack on everyone who isn't exactly like himself in every way and everyone who is receiving benefits is in his opinion has never worked day in their life doesn't deserve them. They're all gaming the system etc etc etc. We've heard it all before . But at the same time he's just assuming that there will never come a time in his life where he'll never have to seek assistance from public resources, everything will go just fine , he'll never be out of a job, his money will always last for the duration of his life.

Now if he has positioned himself in such a way that every event in his life from this point forward is 100% guaranteed to go his way then his grievances have merit. But at the same time I've encountered scores who are constantly condemning the left while they're very existence and overall quality of life is 100% dependent on the social program benefits and assistance they're receiving.
