What is this on my paystub?

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but what is this on my paystub? PT Sup had no clue, didn't give a since he's quitting next week anyway.

It wasn't there until shortly after my 1 year mark.

I'm assuming VAC means Vacation, and OPD means Optional Days?

What do the numbers mean though?

It says you have 20.00 hours of vacation time, and 1 option day available.

Yes and no. That would a solid week vacation that you would pic on the calendar not 5 vacation days to be used independent of each other. At least that’s how it is in my local.

Stop reminding me please, I try to ignore that every week. Basically got blackmailed into it, I wasn't unionized yet, and they made it clear if I didn't do it, it may not work out, me working for UPS and all.
