Good question? I’d think voting both down is the way to go.
Wait strike that. As of today they're advising a No vote on the supplement as well. The national stopped us from finishing negotiations on it.

Vote no on both. I would vote your rider down and get ride of the 6 hour full time employees. They deserve 8 hours. Also the 3 hour guarantee for part timers is sub par at the least. Like UPS cant guarantee 3.5 hours for these members?
