My daughter flies into Davenport this month for a work conference in nearby Muscatine. Asked her boss for an OK to rent a car for herself and a coworker and he suggested they just use Uber.
No Uber service in Muscatine.
Maybe your son can moonlight and bring rural Iowa into the 21st Century.

I do that when I deliver to @Covemastah s brother in law. Hang it 4 feet in the air, the little guy needs a ladder to get it
