Judge me.
The latest joy is a tracker of a tracker from telematics...in excel...guess who they want to pull it and post it? Yup, you guessed it, the PDS.. enjoying my dispatch these days.
What are you saying? There's a metric tracking you to make sure you're using the tracker??

What moment in your career made you realize management is your enemy and that they should be buried in grievances and EEOC/OSHA complaints?
when older drivers started saying :censored2: like "youre gonna let them get away with that?" Oh man did they :censored2: with me when i started standing up for myself

On the 31st day they became the enemy for the next 23 years.

"The Art of War" was my bible kept in the back pocket along with the contract.

The weather is crappy today and I was feeling under the weather so I called out and used a sick day.

It was really scary. I told my supervisor I wasn't feeling well and would have to call out.
He said "oh ok. See you tomorrow."

I was shaking so bad from the call that I dropped my Dunkin' Donuts coffee on my lap and it scalded my crotch, which I guess isn't a big deal since its No Nut November, but I digress.

I try to pretend they don't exist and I (hope) they pretend I don't either.
