Will ability to strike be inhibited by Supreme Court?

You

As with most things, you have to be able to read between the lines and see what’s actually going on.
This case refers to a concrete company that went on strike, and the drivers left the concrete mixing in the back of the truck and it hardened the company had to dispose of it. The company wants to sue the union. This has broad implications, because if a company can sue the union for loss of money why couldn’t UPS sue because their packages are not getting delivered or they’re spoiling if it’s food or medical items? In your rush to judge the intention of the international president you missed the whole point.
I disagree with your interpretation. There is no implication on loss of money or revenue or anything in the pipeline that may have gone to waste. Glacier claims intentional, malicious timing specifically to cause the concrete to go to waste instead of walking out at the start of the shift as the strike was already authorized and planned. That is different than economic impact due to lost revenue. and its all moot. The supreme court is not deciding the facts of the case, they are deciding if the law was followed when the case was dismissed. Different circuit courts have presented different interpretations of the law and it is their job to reconcile legal splits so that everyone is treated the same. If the court says the lawsuit can continue, it does not mean Glacier will win and it definately does not mean that unions are liable for lost revenue or anything that happens to product in the pipeline if they do not go out of their way to damage it.

You can never be truly great unless all people are given an opportunity to build on a sound foundation. A small country will study and implement knowledge from the past to lead the others. Similar to a pace car.
No other place in the world gives you the ability to grow up poor and become rich like the US does. There's countless examples. If you think everyone can be equal then you know nothing of humanity. Equity pushers think people who don't want to get out of bed in the morning should be equal to Elon Musk.

Your not understanding. There is no such thing as equity as long as present and historical violence is used to create a dividend. Once it is diminished which is happening right now truth will come to surface.
