They’re not your friends and liberty Mutual definitely is not your friend. I’ve seen it over and over again.
You know it's really quite sad, I got injured in 98 requiring surgery, LM sent a nurse to my house to explain everything and how it was all going to go and even had them pay my wife to take care of me instead of paying a nurse to come to my home and there really wasn't a need for a nurse because after surgery it was basically just recovery time. Now it's gotten to where they aren't so nice. Maybe all the fake claims or whatever, but it has changed over the years.

Yep, it’s a different world. You’re automatically assumed to be lying or faking.

I'm getting workers comp now while I rest at home. 70% of regular income
You can consult an attorney if you want, but here they would not likely take your case because you are receiving benefits. can't hurt to talk to one, but remember most if not all take a cut (30% here) of any settlement you get.

Our takes 25% but they definitely are going to get paid.

The difference is your settlement is usually two or three times more with the Lawyer than it would’ve been without.

I already went for my invasive surgery. Surgeon says up to 1 year to heal fully. But doubt any disability
He doubts any disability? Lol they’ll be some sort of disability and they have a rating system for that the company will try to get over on you with that rating system if you don’t have a good lawyer.

Yep, I have no idea why they continue to fight it. They’re just a certain we’re all liars lol

The only repetitive thing I do at home is lift a beer. Can, everything else happened at work you butt holes
You wouldn't believe how many senior drivers here wouldn't file a claim for comp because they don't want to deal with them, I tell them you better hope Teamcare doesn't find out you'll be paying all that money back.

Yes, I would believe it. Recently had a guy who got a hernia he thought, most likely at work and decided to just take disability and do it himself. SMH
